C.L.O.W.N.'s (Citizens League of Weird Nobodies) are the outcasts of life. They are the ones that you see alone in pubic, no hobby. But you were wrong. All of the outcasts have formed together to try and flip the popularity guage so that the nobodies are on top.

Marcus- Often nicknamed "E.T." by his other C.L.O.W.N. friends, Marcus was rejected from popularity because of his weird, but natural hair color, and his deformed toungue. Or it could be that he has a tendacy to be overly dramitic or wear clashing colors.
